Ordering & Delivery

Ordering Details

  • orders can be placed over the telephone, by email, or directly through the web site once your account is approved.
  • orders can be on 'a little and often' basis all the way up to Christmas.
  • please can you respect our minimum order quantites, as set out below.
  • payment can be made through our secure web site check out, direct bank transfer, credit / debit card by telephone, or using the Sage Pay button on e mailed invoices. Please note we no longer accept cheques.
  • on receipt of your order, we will email out a sales order detailing your quantities along with total cost,  including VAT, delivery and payment terms.
  • please review your sales order to ensure all the details are correct. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to query any points. 
  • your order will be dispatched as soon as possible and ideally within 2 working days from receipt of order or payment depending upon terms.
  • please ensure you check your complete order on arrival and report any damage to us immediately, and no later than 3 days after receipt.

 1 per colour (available in medium or fine tip)

  • Delivery costs are not included in the product price for any order. This allows you order what you need and are not forced to over order.
  • We use a courier, next business day, service and aim to get orders shipped within 2 working days. (Note: Northern Ireland and some areas of Scotland are 2 business day service. Next day may be available at extra cost)
  • Delivery cost is calculated either in the shopping basket or during checkout. We endeavour to keep our costs down as best as possible whilst maintaining a good quality service.
  • During the busy Christmas season, through November and December, if you want to guarantee delivery before the next weekend we would need your order placed before end of business on Tuesday.
  • During the Christmas season, orders will be processed for delivery on a first come first served basis, unless payment is proforma and we are waiting for funds to clear prior to dispatch.
